Introduction

The Work Allocation feature allows users to assign, manage, and reassign work among a group of agents. It helps distribute work evenly or according to business requirements, ensuring efficient workload management.

Using this feature, you can:

• Assign work to agents.
• Manage and reassign existing work allocations.
• Distribute work based on workload or specific requirements.
• Generate and view work allocation reports.

To access the Work Allocation feature, navigate to Manage > Work Allocation from the left navigation panel, as shown below.
