Form Design allows administrators to customize the structure and behavior of an evaluation form before it is used for evaluation. Users can manage categories and questions, configure question behavior, and apply additional form design features based on evaluation requirements.
The Form Design section includes the following capabilities:
- Design Form: Manage the overall structure of an evaluation form, including categories and their configuration.
- Questions: Configure the available question field types and their properties.
- Add Questions: Add new questions to categories or copy questions from existing evaluation forms.
- Edit/Delete Questions: Modify or remove questions from an evaluation form.
- Show/Hide Questions: Configure questions to display or hide based on selected responses.
- Auto Numbering: Automatically assign numbers to scorable questions for easier identification and reporting.
- Bonus Point: Allow questions to be configured with scores beyond their standard possible points.
