View Training Status by Supervisor

View Training Status

Once the admin assigns the required viewing permissions, the supervisor can access Training Statistics from the console.

To access the training statistics:

  1. Log in to the Supervisor profile.
  2. Click the Training tab, as shown in the screen below.

The system redirects to the Training dashboard, as shown in the screen below.

The grid displays the total number of coaching sessions for all agents assigned to the supervisor, including both Open and Closed coaching sessions.

To View the Open Training List in the Console

  • Click the Open Training tab.
  • Select an Agent from the list to view their training status.
  • The system will display a grid showing all Open Training records for the selected agent, as highlighted below.

Open Training Records

  • Click any Answer ID in the grid to view the detailed training status. The system will redirect to the following screen.

Training Status: Pending

To View the Closed Training List in the Console

  • Click the Closed Training tab.
  • Select an Agent from the list to view the training status.
  • The system will display a grid showing all Closed Training records for the selected agent, as highlighted below.

Closed Training Records

  • Click any Answer ID in the grid to view the detailed training status. The system will redirect to the following screen.

Training Status: Completed

The Closed Training view displays the agent’s digital signature along with the date on which the training was completed, as highlighted below.
