Forms Management provides administrators with the tools to create, design, validate, and manage evaluation forms used for quality evaluation. QEval supports the complete form lifecycle, from creating an evaluation form and configuring its questions to validating the form and tracking changes.
The Forms Management section is organized into the following areas:
- Form Creation: Create evaluation forms from scratch or from predefined templates and configure specialized forms, such as Compliance AI forms.
- Form Design: Customize the form structure by managing categories and questions, configuring question behavior, and applying features such as Show/Hide Questions, Auto Numbering, and Bonus Points.
- Form Validation & Tracking: Preview forms before use, configure audit guidelines, track form changes through the audit trail, and manage follow-up emails.
