Overview
The Coaching Reports provide insights into coach effectiveness, ratings, review activity, and productivity. These reports help users evaluate how effectively coaches and executive coaches perform their coaching and review activities, while also tracking agent participation through self-reviews.
Available Coaching Reports
The following reports are available:
- Coach Overall Rating: Provides an overall view of coach effectiveness and rating based on feedback submitted by agents. It also displays the number of self-reviews performed by agents.
- Weekly Coach Overall Rating: Provides a weekly view of agent self-review activity, helping users track the number of self-reviews performed each week.
- Coach Level Heatmap: Provides a time-based view of coach activity by displaying total logged-in hours and the number of reviews completed by the coach per hour.
- Executive Coach Rating Heatmap: Provides a time-based view of executive coach activity by displaying total logged-in hours and the number of reviews completed by the executive coach per hour.
