The Tactical Warehouse provides a centralized view of tactical coaching activities, allowing users to access, review, and track coaching records and their progress. It brings key coaching information together in one place, including coaching details, statuses, evaluations, and coaching outcomes.
Coachee Tactical Warehouse – Key Features
- Coachee Tactical Warehouse: Allows coachees to view their assigned coaching and associated details.
- Coaching Records: Provides visibility into coaching date, coach, coaching type, program, client, comments, and status.
- Search & Filter: Helps users quickly locate coaching records using relevant coaching, program, client, and status criteria.
- Evaluation Review: Allows coachees to access and review the evaluation associated with their coaching.
- Coaching Actions: Enables coachees to Accept or Decline assigned coaching and provide their response.
- Session Information: Displays key session details, including date, time, coach, coachee, duration, KPI, opportunity type, and evaluation.
- Coaching Information: Displays information specific to the assigned coaching type, such as DFM, Skill Transfer, Goal Setting, GROW, and Accountability.
- Commitment & Signature: Allows coachees to provide their commitment, digital signature, and coaching status.
- Coaching Journey: Provides a graphical view of the coaching journey and progress.
- Export: Allows tactical coaching records to be exported in Excel or CSV format.
