Auto Population Overview
QEval provides Auto Population features that reduce manual data entry during the evaluation process by automatically populating relevant information in the evaluation form.
The following Auto Population features are available:
- Agent Information Auto-Population: Automatically populates relevant agent information, such as Location and Supervisor, when an agent is selected during an evaluation.
- ATA Call Information Auto-Population: Automatically populates relevant Call Information fields when an evaluation is completed through the ATA process.
These features can be enabled based on the requirements of the respective program or evaluation form.
