Maturity assessment

Measure the maturity of your QA program.

A scenario-based assessment that places your quality program on the Six Layers of Intelligence and shows the gaps to close next. Your result shows on screen. No sign-in required.

Why maturity

Most quality programs stop at Layer 1.

Manual QA reviews a small sample and reports a score. That is the floor. The real question is how far past it your program operates, because most of the value sits above the floor.

The assessment

Answer twenty-seven questions, watch your profile take shape.

One question at a time. The radar fills in across nine dimensions as you answer. Your result, the stage you are at and the gaps to close next, appears when you finish.

What it measures

The nine dimensions behind the score.

Each axis on the radar is one dimension of a mature quality program. Here is what each one asks, and the layer of intelligence it maps to.

Coverage / Layer 1
How much actually gets reviewed
Manual QA sees 1 to 2 percent of conversations. The rest is a blind spot. Coverage asks how much of your volume is read at all.
Evidence / Layer 1
Whether a score can be traced
A score you cannot explain is a score you cannot defend.
Parity / Layers 1, 4
Humans and AI on one bar
Whether AI agents are held to the same scorecard as people.
Compliance / Layer 1
Every call, not a sample
Whether disclosures are verified on every call, and how fast you can re-check when a rule changes.
Coaching / Layers 4, 5
From score to behavior change
Whether scores become action that moves CSAT or resolution.
Intelligence / Layers 2, 3, 6
Beyond the QA team
Whether conversation signal reaches sales, ops, training, and leadership
Accuracy / Layer 1
A number you can hold someone to
Whether scoring is calibrated to your own reviewers and backed by a contractual number.
Sovereignty / Data layer
Where your conversations go to get scored
Whether data is redacted before any model sees it and never trains an outside AI.
Real-time / Layer 4
Help in the moment, not just after
Whether quality helps the agent during the live call.
The five stages

From sampling to operating on intelligence.

Every program sits somewhere on this path. Knowing where is the first step to moving up.

Stage 1
Sampling
A small sample reviewed by hand. Most conversations never seen.
A baseline. You catch some issues, but cannot trust coverage.
Stage 2
Scoring
More conversations scored, but not consistently evidence-backed or applied to AI agents.
Visibility. You can see quality trends, but not yet change them reliably.
Stage 3
Coaching
Scores reliably reach agents as coaching. Quality is managed, not just measured.
Behavior change. Scores become coaching that agents act on.
Stage 4
Attributing
Coaching and quality tie to outcomes, and AI agents run on the same scorecard as people.
Proof you can show the business what quality work is worth.
Stage 5
Operating on intelligence
Conversation data drives decisions across the business, the full Six Layers.
Reach across the business. Every team makes better decisions from the same conversations.
Top of the curve

What a Stage 4 to 5 program has in common.

The most mature programs we see share a handful of traits. None are about working harder; they are about what the platform underneath can actually do.

Where this maps

The assessment is built on the Six Layers.

L1 Quality and Compliance L2 Customer L3 Revenue L4 Operational L5 Training L6 Strategic

Each question maps to a layer of intelligence QEval® reads from a conversation. The further up the layers your program operates, the more of the 82 percent of value beyond Layer 1 you are capturing.

Questions

About the assessment.

Do I have to enter my email to see my result?

No. Your stage, your per-dimension profile, and your gap list all show on screen as soon as you finish. The email field is only there if you want a copy to share with your team.

How is the stage calculated?

Twenty-seven questions cover nine dimensions: coverage, evidence, accuracy and calibration, human and AI parity, compliance, data sovereignty, real-time guidance, coaching to outcome, and intelligence beyond QA. Your answers add up to a score out of 54 that places you on one of five stages, with a per-dimension breakdown.

Is this a sales quiz?

No. It is a self-assessment built on the Six Layers of Intelligence. The result is an honest read of where your program is and what to fix next, whether or not QEval® is the tool you use to get there.

What if we score low?

Most programs start at Stage 1 or 2, because manual sampling is still the norm. The point is to see the gap and the path up, not to grade you. The gap list links to how each dimension is closed.
