QEval® is a product of ETS Labs, a division of Etech Global Services, LLC. This Copyright Policy describes how materials on qeval.ai may be used, the intellectual property rights that protect them, and the procedure for submitting a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include web beacons, pixels, local storage, session storage, and software development kits. This policy refers to all of them collectively as "cookies."
Cookies let us recognize your device on return visits, keep a session active, remember preferences, understand which pages perform, and, where you have consented, measure the reach of our marketing.
Scope
This Cookie Policy covers the marketing website at qeval.ai and its subdomains. It does not cover the authenticated QEval platform at app.qevalpro.com. The authenticated platform uses strictly necessary session cookies required for platform operation (authentication, CSRF protection, session continuity). Those cookies are described in the platform's Security and Trust documentation at trust.etslabs.ai and are not configurable through the banner on this site. The four categories we use
Every cookie on qeval.ai falls into one of four categories. The cookie banner lets you accept, reject, or fine-tune each category, except strictly necessary, which the website requires to operate.
- Strictly necessary. Required for the website to function. No consent is required under most regimes.
- Performance. Measure traffic and feature use in aggregate. Consent-based in the EU, UK, and other opt-in jurisdictions; opt-out in the US under state privacy laws.
- Functional. Remember choices such as language, region, and your preference for the cookie banner itself.
- Targeting and advertising. Measure the reach of our marketing and retarget visitors who have shown intent on specific product pages. Consent-based in opt-in jurisdictions. QEval® does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies support authentication, session continuity, cookie-preference storage, load balancing, and fraud prevention. They cannot be disabled through the banner because the website cannot operate without them.

No sale, no cross-context advertising. QEval® does not sell personal data, and we do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, the California Privacy Rights Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and the Colorado Privacy Act. The cookies above are used only to measure our own marketing and to retarget visitors within the boundaries of those laws.
Third-party services
Some cookies are set by third parties when you interact with embedded content or when a third-party analytics or marketing service loads. Those parties are independent or joint controllers of the data they collect, and their privacy notices govern that data.
- Google LLC for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement.
- LinkedIn Corporation for the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- HubSpot, Inc. for marketing automation and form analytics.
- YouTube, LLC when you play an embedded video.
- Cloudflare, Inc. for content delivery, bot management, and denial-of-service protection.
Your choices and how to control cookies
The cookie banner
n your first visit, the website displays a consent banner that lets you accept all cookies, reject all except strictly necessary, or customize by category. Your selection is stored in qeval_consent for twelve months, after which the banner re-appears. You can change your selection at any time by opening "Cookie preferences" in the footer of the page.
Your browser
Modern browsers let you block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the website from functioning. See your browser's Privacy and Security settings for controls.
Industry opt-outs
- Network Advertising Initiative opt-out at optout.networkadvertising.org
- Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out at optout.aboutads.info
- European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out at youronlinechoices.eu
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
QEval® honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable US state privacy laws recognize it, and as a signal to disable non-essential cookies where consent under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive would otherwise be required. When a GPC signal is detected, the website loads only strictly necessary cookies and records the opt-out for the session.
Do Not Track is a legacy browser header with no uniform legal interpretation. The website does not rely on Do Not Track as a compliance mechanism but defers to GPC where both signals are present.
Legal bases and consent
Where the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, or a similar opt-in regime applies, we rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for all cookies other than strictly necessary. Consent is captured through the banner, recorded with a timestamp and policy version, and stored in qeval_consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie preferences" without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
Where US state privacy laws apply, we operate on a notice-and-opt-out basis for performance, functional, and targeting cookies, and we honor GPC. The banner provides a one-click way to reject all non-essential cookies. No sale or sharing of personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising occurs.
Retention
Cookie durations are listed in the tables above. Aggregated analytics data derived from cookie identifiers is retained for up to fourteen months from the last visit, consistent with our Privacy Policy retention schedule. When a cookie expires or is deleted by the user, the related identifier is purged from our analytics store on its next scheduled maintenance cycle.
Children
The QEval® website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under sixteen. QEval® does not knowingly deploy cookies to identify children. Targeting and advertising cookies are withheld in any session that signals a child audience, including sessions where parental control signals are detected.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, service providers, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will display a notice on the website. In consent-based jurisdictions, renewed consent will be requested through the banner where the change affects cookies that require consent.
